Good morning my friend. How are you doing today. You are very special to the Lord and I want you to know that He is aware of your situation. I am praying for you daily and I am standing with you. I won't give up.
"Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith," (Hebrews 12:2)
When you are faced with certain circumstance, look to Jesus.l He is our Forerunner and He is our Finisher. He wants us to finish suscessfully. He that has begun a good. We have got to keep our eyes on Him. Look unto Jesus. Look away from your situation and keep your eyes on Him. We are to consider Him. We are to always have Him in the forefront of our thinking. When you feel betrayed, consider Him. He's been there. He knows what you are going through. He will not fail you nor give up on you.
Phil. 1:6 "being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus."
When we find our self in these situations-frustrated, discouraged, and angry because of our circumstancewe need to focus our eyes on the Word of God, i.e., the Lord Jesus Christ. It is quite easy to lose sight of One who can NEVER fail, when overshadowed with adversity and grief. It can be overwhelming at times.
Psalm 46:1 "God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble."
Matt. 11:28 "Come unto me, all ye that labor, and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest."
Matthew 6:34 "Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble."
Matthew 14:29,30 "And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus. But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me."
When people are unforgiving, and walk away from us, we need to place our eyes upon the Lord Jesus. When people hurt us, and become vindictive, we need to turn our eyes upon the Lord Jesus. When the burdens of this world weigh us down, and the walls feel like their fast closing in around us, we need to rest our eyes upon the Savior. Peter learned this lesson the hard way, as he was sinking into the depths of the sea; but then quickly turned his eyes once again upon the Lord. The lesson is so simple, and yet deeply profoundkeep your eyes on Jesus!
Peter did ok, until he took his eyes off the Lord, and instead focused upon the wind, rain, and waves. As a consequence, Peter began to sink into the deadly waves of the sea.
Fortunately, Peter placed his eyes once again upon the Lord, and all was well. Life has it's many storms, and we mustn't allow ourselves to lose focus. Instead we are to look to the Lord, the Author and Finisher of our faith. Keep your eyes on Jesus!
I am praying and interceding for you daily. Will you support this Ministry?
