Numbers 13:1-2, 17-33; Dueteronomy 1:21, 28-30

We are living in an unsettled time, and no one, not even the church, is exempt from discouragement. But even when the desert is hot and dry, we must remember the God has a word of encouragement for all of us. We must have faith in our journey, and we must have faith to see it through. We have a promise from God that sooner or later, He will send the rain to quench our thirsty spirit.

I am here to say today that God is still God regardless of what you are going through. He is God when you are sepsrsted or divorced. H

He is God when you are well. He is God when you are unemployed and He is God when you are rich. He is the God that loves you even when you feel like no one else does.

You may feel like the things of this world have overwhelmed you and that God is far away. Your prayers just don't seem to be making it through the roof. But if you don't believe anything else, believe this: sooner or later, God is going to meet with you and anoint you with fresh oil!

Keep the faith when others have lost theirs. Caleb listened to God in his heart and knew that victory had already been given to Israel. He knew that victory was only possible through God. No matter what others say, know that God is bigger than any bad report or situation. Stop listening to others and trust what God is saying to you.

Hold on to the promises of God! Just because you have a doubt about a promise of God does not change that promise in God's eyes in any way.

Just about the most important thing you can do to be strengthened and encouraged in your walk with God is to realize that God has given you the power to defeat the enemy. No one ever said the being a Christian was going to be easy.

God is the ultimate weapon. More powerful than any Doomsday Device man can come up with, the Sword of the Spirit and the Name of Jesus Christ have the power to shake the very foundation of the Universe. The enemy has been defeated already. You just need to stay around for the victory celebration!

I am asking for your financial assistance. The finances have almost gone down to zero, but I must go on. I must not be discouraged because of this. I want to thank the very few who have been assisting me in this quest for the healing of marriages. Without your prayers and financial support, there is no way I would be able to encourage and minister to many. I thank God daily for your obedience and faithfulness.

[marriagerestoration] Joy Will Come In The Morning! Oct. 25, 2012 - Doreen's Daily Delights

 

Joy Will Come In The Morning!

I often find it is much easier to love the Lord and serve Him fully
when things are going well - you know: good marriage, good health,
financial security, lots of support from family and friends,
successful results from my efforts, and a vivid sense of God's
constant presence and direction.

But let the circumstances of life become difficult or the things I
have relied on for security and encouragement disappear, and I
suddenly find myself embroiled in inner turmoil. Have you been
there? I am sure you have.

Will I love and serve God when there is no Word from the Lord?

There are even times during our stand when heaven seems to be silent.
We no longer enjoy the warmth of His presence daily or see His hand
vividly directing our every step. It seems we are on our own in a
difficult and confusing world! There are more questions than answers.
What do we do then?

We learn to trust God, regardless. our relationship with God begins with simple trust. That trust then is strengthened each day as we continually rely on Him to provide for the healing and restoration of our marriage. As that trust matures, we find ourselves willing to stand alone and continue to hold fast no matter what trials or hardships come our way.

Daily I pray for each of you. Be blessed.

The only way I know is to upload the file in the Yahoo group interface.

Then on the right-hand side there is a link to upload files. However, it
seems the moderator has disallowed file upload, so we will have to wait for
him to allow it.

God Has A Good Track Record

Romans 4:18 "Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become
the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, So
shall thy seed be."

God has a good track record. He did it for Abraham and He will do it for you. God had already proven Himself. He is the same yesterday, today and forever. Will you trust Him today to heal and restore?

With God all things are possible. Nothing is hard or difficult for the Lord. If you are struggling in your marriage, God is able to fix it. God is able to bring life to the dead. He is able to make the blind see. The deaf to hear. The lame to walk. If you believe your marriage is dead, God is able to bring life to a dead marriage, because nothing, absolutely NOTHING is hard for the Lord.

You don't need to see anything or hear anything positive happening in
your situation for God to heal and restore your marriage. God can
work with negatives as well as positives. Remember, we are talking
about God here.

We are talking about a God who can do ANYTHING. He can raise the
dead. If your situation is dead, He is capable of resurrecting your
dead situation and bringing life to it. He did that with Lazarus.

Many of you are losing hope, especially when you listen to the
negative language of your wayward spouse. Your spouse may have been
telling you not to wait on them because they are not returning, or
telling you they have made a mistake in marrying you. Don't listen
to their negative words. They all speak the same negative language.

Yes my friends, hearing these negative things are enough to feel
hopeless. I want to tell you that we are not walking by sight, we are
walking by faith. So in spite of the negative things you are hearing
and seeing, keep your eyes focused on the Lord, the Author and
Finisher of your faith.

Today, make a special effort to spend time listening to God's Word
and let hope begin to work in your life. With God on your side, you
have hope and you cannot lose.

I want to thank those who have been assisting me in the quest for the
healing of marriages. Many are receiving these devotionals but will not support this Ministry. In order to reap, we have to sow. There cannot be a harvest without a seed.

For those who have been sowing into this Ministry, God will reward you for your faithfulness.

[marriagerestoration] You Must Believe!! - Oct. 22, 2012 - Doreen's Daily Delights

 

Believe That He Will Do This!!

Dear friends, if you are waiting for the Lord to bring about a breakthrough in your situation. Believe that He is able to do this very thing.

You may not see any evidence, but ou must still believe that He is working on your your behalf. This is faith and your faith will please God.

Believe that the Lord will heal and restore your marriage, or whatever else you may be going through at this time. He will
give you the desires of your heart. He will not give you more that
you can bear. He will not put you to shame. He will turn your
mourning into dancing. He will heal and restore your marriage in His
perfect timing.

"This is what the Lord says: "Restrain your voice from weeping and
your eyes from tears, for your work will be rewarded," declares the
Lord. "They will return from the land of the enemy. So there is
hope for your future," declares the Lord..." (Jeremiah 31:16-17a).

"I will turn their mourning into gladness; I will give them comfort
and joy instead of sorrow." (Jeremiah 31:13b).

"Just as I watched over them to uproot and tear down, and to
overthrow, destroy and bring disaster, so I will watch over them to
build and to plant," declares the Lord." (Jeremiah 31:28).

"Though I walk in the midst of trouble, You preserve my life; You
stretch out Your hand against the anger of my foes, with Your right
hand You save me. The Lord will fulfill His purpose for me; Your
love, O Lord, endures forever - do not abandon the works of Your
hands." (Psalm 138:7-8).

Regardless of the negative things that are facing you at this time,
you must believe. Believe in the power of your awesome mighty God.
He is faithful. He knows what is best. He knew what was best for
Joseph, Noah and Moses and many more. You have to believe. You have
to trust your Lord. Read the scriptures. Ask the Lord to make the
scriptures to come alive to you, to speak to you daily through His
Word.

"If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer."
(Matthew 21:22).

"Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved - you and your
household." (Acts 16:31).

Lord, I pray that You will help Your children to believe and not
doubt. Lord, increase their faith and remove any fear that is coming
against them. Thank You that the battle is Yours, not theirs, to
fight. Lord, we know that Your purpose will prevail in Your timing.

Know that I am praying and interceding on your behalf daily. If you can assist me in doing this very important Ministry I would appreciate it very much.
