Nick Cannon is sharing an update from his hospital bed. 

The Masked Singer host explained that he’s getting medical care after coming down with pneumonia.

“Okay, so I guess I’m not Superman,” he wrote on Instagram Dec. 2. “I promised myself I would never be back at this place again… But this is a great lesson to take care of YOU or YOU won’t be able to take care of everyone else.”

Nick let fans know there’s no need to send “well wishes or prayers,” as “it’s just pneumonia, nothing I can’t handle.” 

“Don’t trip,” the 42-year-old said, noting he only needs “some solid rest and I will be back on the journey to becoming stronger than ever.” 

Nick went on to share that he became sick just a day after performing in New York for Nick Cannon Presents: Wild ‘N Out Live.

“Crazy thing is, last night we was just rocking a sold out crowd at Madison square garden in front of thousands of fans, now I’m all alone in a tiny hospital room,” he wrote in his post. “Life is definitely a rollercoaster!”

Kim joined sister Khloe Kardashian at W Magazine and Burberry’s Art Basel party, where she posed for a pic with model Karlie Kloss and the magazine’s editor Sara Moonves. 

The SKIMS founder rocked a bandeau top and superhero-esque trousers, pairing her look with edgy chunky boots and dark sunglasses. She also made a big change to her style by swapping her platinum blonde hair for honey-colored locks, which resembled Khloe’s signature ‘do. Her hairstylist, Chris Appleton, dubbed the new tresses in an Instagram post: “Honey 4 Miami.”

Khloe, meanwhile, donned a sleek black bodysuit with a zip front, which hugged all her curves.

As for Karlie, who welcomed son Levi with Joshua Kushner last year, she kept it comfy in a white tank top with flared Burberry trousers as she snapped pics with Kim and Serena Williams at the artsy event.

Taylor Swift Fans Sue Ticketmaster for ‘Eras’ Tour Presale Disaster

The only people more pissed than Taylor Swift at Ticketmaster are her fans — a couple dozen of whom are now suing because they got shut out of the chaotic presale for her ‘Eras’ Tour.

The fans, who are from all over the country, want Ticketmaster to pay dearly for, in their estimation, allowing bots and scalpers to royally screw up the November 15 presale event. As we reported, millions of fans had to wait hours in a digital “lineup” in hopes of scoring seats — but the vast majority of them never even got a sniff of a single ticket.

According to docs, obtained by TMZ, Ticketmaster was supposed to send “verified” Taylor Swift fans a code on Nov. 14, which would allow them access to the presale event — but the angry fans say thousands of them either didn’t get a code, or were sent malfunctioning codes.

In the suit, they accuse Ticketmaster of intentional deception, because the company controls the primary ticket sale market, as well as the secondary market — aka scalpers. The fans allege Ticketmaster was “eager to allow” scalpers access to the presale … Ticketmaster would collect additional fees every time a scalper resold a ticket.

Translation: Ticketmaster’s double-dipping with scalpers, while Taylor’s true fans get left nothing.

Justice Department Investigating Ticketmaster’s Parent Company Amidst Swift Drama

Even if you don’t buy Ticketmaster intentionally cozied up to scalpers and bots — the fans say, at the very least, the company was inept … in that it was ill-prepared for the flood of Swifties who would try to get tickets to Taylor’s first tour since the covid pandemic.

As we told you, Taylor herself called out Ticketmaster for this issue … saying the company had reassured her and her team they could handle the volume of fans.

The fans are alleging fraud, price fixing and antitrust violations … as they claim Ticketmaster is the only game in town when it comes to large concert venues that can accommodate artists as big as Taylor.

They’re suing in L.A. County — where Ticketmaster’s parent company Live Nation has its HQ — to get back the “ill-gotten gains” Ticketmaster amassed during the presale disaster. They also want the court to hit the company with a civil fine of $2500 per violation … just to teach ’em a lesson.

Harry Styles Pays Tribute to Fleetwood Mac’s Christine McVie

Harry Styles delivered a tribute worthy of the legendary songbird.

The “As It Was” singer performed a poignant tribute to late Fleetwood Mac musician Christine McVie, who died Nov. 30 at age 79, on Thursday night, Dec. 1 during his latest “Love on Tour” stop in Santiago, Chile.

In video captured from the audience Dec. 1, Harry played an acoustic guitar as he sang a soulful version of “Songbird,” a Fleetwood Mac classic written by Christine. At the end of the song, Harry blew a kiss up to the sky and said, “Thank you, Christine.”

But this was no ordinary tribute to someone who has died. Harry is on the record about being a massive, lifelong Fleetwood Mac fan. One of the first songs he learned as a kid was “Dreams.” When he met Mick Fleetwood, who he considers his musical hero, he said, “He’s a magical man, someone who brings me—and countless others—great joy.”

Lamar Jackson Apologizes For Vulgar Tweet, ‘I Was Bitter’

Lamar Jackson says he’s sorry for sending a vulgar tweet following the Ravens’ emotional 28-27 loss to the Jaguars last Sunday … admitting on Friday he was just “bitter” about the L.

“I apologize if I hurt feelings out there,” Jackson said when addressing reporters for the first time since pressing send on the tweet.

Jackson initially fired off the obscene response minutes after Baltimore’s defeat … after a Twitter user said the Ravens should not sign the QB to a lengthy — and lucrative — new contract.

“Boy STFU y’all be cappin too much on this app mf never smelt a football field,” he said … before ending the tweet with, “never did s*** but eat a d***.”

Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said he spoke to Jackson over it all on Monday … and called it “out of character for him.”

Jackson said he deleted the tweet, which remained on his page for about 3 hours, after his girlfriend encouraged him to take it down.

She “was like, I think you should delete it,” LJ said. “I’m like, ‘All right ’cause I don’t know if I hurt somebody’s feelings,’ so I did. That’s just what it was. That’s why I deleted it.”

Jackson said he hasn’t reached out to the fan since the incident, but explained there’s no bad blood between him and the individual.

“What I take from this experience … don’t say nothing on Twitter,” Jackson said. “Don’t say what I said ’cause it’s kids watching. Don’t need the kids saying that but just watch what you say.”

“Just try to stay off Twitter if anything if something like that happens again.”

“I tried to be a football coach and honestly, it was a tough couple of years,” he shared in 2021 while reflecting on his career move. “I didn’t know what to do with my life. Luckily, I needed money, so I jumped at being an extra football player in a commercial; they needed football extras in the back of the commercial. After that, someone invited me to an acting class, saw what they were doing there, started going to class, and I just loved it.” 

According to Henke, the NFL actually prepared him well for onscreen work, as he noted, “Football helped me learn how to be disciplined, how to take criticism, to always try your best, so you can definitely use some of the same things and that was a big help for me when I started acting.” 

Last year, he said he was keeping busy with his two kittens, his puppy and plenty of bike riding.

Dog the Bounty Hunter’s “Right-Hand Man” David Robinson Dead at 50

Duane “Dog” Chapman is mourning the loss of his once “right-hand man” David Robinson.

David, who starred alongside Dog the Bounty Hunter on the reality series Dog’s Most Wanted, died Nov. 30 at the age of 50, David’s wife confirmed.

“I’m shocked and saddened by the sudden loss of David Robinson, my right-hand man of many years,” Dog told TMZ. “Until we meet again, brother.”

David’s wife, Brooke Robinson, shared on Facebook that he “passed away suddenly.”

“David was very healthy and was on a work call in our dining room at home when he collapsed,” she said. “Life-saving maneuvers were attempted and paramedics were called. David died in my arms.”

Brooke continued, “We ask again for time and space to grieve for the husband, father, brother and friend that was lost.”

A cause of death has not been shared, but Brooke did denounce any speculation from false reports, noting, “The rumors of a heart attack or stroke have already been ruled out.”

Her post included a photo of the couple with their daughter Teagan and David’s step sons Taran and Gage.

The Boys Announces Major Casting News Ahead of Season 4

Season four of The Boys has cast one tough mother.

On Dec. 1, the Prime Video superhero series announced that Rosemarie DeWitt has been cast as Hughie’s (Jack Quaid) mom in the upcoming fourth season.

The 51-year-old actress is best known for movie roles like 2008’s Rachel Getting Married and 2011’s Your Sister’s Sister. She also appeared in the 2022 limited series The Staircase and played Don Draper’s (Jon Hamm) lover Midge Daniels on Mad Men.

Joining DeWitt will be Simon Pegg, who will reprise his role as Hughie’s father Hugh Campbell, Sr. Pegg debuted in season three and appeared in five total episodes.

Pegg celebrated the news with a Dec. 1 post on Instagram, in which he shared a picture of himself and Quaid, captioned: “Father and Son together again. @theboystv, Season 4. Next year.”

Quaid commented on the post, “Love ya Dad!”

It was also announced that Elliot Knight and Rob Benedict have both joined the cast for season four, though on the topic of who they’ll be playing, the show said, “that ain’t yer business just yet.”

Why Mindy Kaling Doesn’t Want Her Kids to Watch The Office

Mindy Kaling‘s kids won’t be watching The Office—at least that’s what she said. 

While the beloved sitcom marked Kaling’s breakout role, as Dunder Mifflin customer service rep Kelly Kapoor, the actress, who also wrote for the series, isn’t ready to show it to daughter Katherine, 4, or son Spencer, 2, anytime soon.

“That show is so inappropriate now,” Kaling said on Good Morning America Dec. 1. “The writers who I’m still in touch with now, we always talk about how so much of that show we probably couldn’t make now.”

When asked when she thinks her might let her kids watch the show, she responded bluntly, “I kind of think maybe never.”

Kaling, whose television career has only blossomed since leaving Scranton behind—most recently as co-creator of Netflix’s Never Have I Ever and HBO Max’s The Sex Lives of College Girls—argued that the continued fandom surrounding The Office all has to do with a bit of comedic nostalgia.

“Tastes have changed and, honestly, what offends people has changed so much now,” Kaling said about the show. “I think that actually is one of the reasons the show is popular, because people feel like there’s something kind of fearless about it or taboo that it talks about on the show.”

Zooey Deschanel is returning to television, but not for a scripted series. Discovery+ announced Dec. 1 that the New Girl alum is taking on a new mission, “to reconnect people with their food and answer the big questions about what we eat to show.” The series, aptly titled What Am I Eating? with Zooey Deschanel, will follow the She & Him artist as she solves “the everyday food dilemmas people face while food shopping” and asks “the tough questions about what Americans eat,” according to the streamer.

As for how this project came about? “I’m very interested in the modern food supply chain and process and in finding solutions to improve it for everyone,” Zooey explained in a statement. “I’m excited to learn more from chefs and culinary experts about the fuel we put into our bodies, and debunk some common food mysteries that are out there.”

Zooey joins her longtime boyfriend Jonathan Scott in becoming a part of the Discovery+ family, as he co-hosts series Property Brothers which also airs on the streamer.

As the United States men’s national soccer team took on Iran at the 2022 World Cup, Glennon shared a glimpse into what it was like to be married to Abby, who retired from the sport in 2015.

As seen in photos and videos tweeted by Glennon, the 42-year-old stressed over the play—and at times, even passionately screamed at the TV—while the Untamed author, 46, looked on. At one point in the match, Abby paced anxiously in her living room while yelling, “Be on side!”

’70s Show’ Star Danny Masterson Rape Case Declared Mistrial After Hung Jury

Danny Masterson‘s rape trial has come to an end … a judge has declared a mistrial after a hung jury.

Masterson was in a Los Angeles courtroom Wednesday waiting to hear a verdict, when the jury announced it deadlocked. The judge then declared a mistrial.

The jury began deliberations 2 weeks ago after 4 weeks of testimony from alleged victims. They had a break because of Thanksgiving, and two jurors were replaced on Monday with alternates after testing positive for COVID.

It’s unclear if prosecutors will decide to try the actor again.

He was facing a maximum sentence of 45 to life behind bars if found guilty of the charges.

As we reported, Masterson was charged back in 2020 with 3 counts of rape, with the alleged victims claiming the incidents occurred between 2001 and 2003 … right in the middle of the run of his sitcom, “That ’70s Show.”

Masterson’s attorney, Tom Mesereau, told TMZ at the time … “Mr. Masterson is innocent, and we’re confident that he will be exonerated when all the evidence finally comes to light and witnesses have the opportunity to testify.”

The actor pled not guilty to the charges … and while he never testified in his own defense, he and his legal team maintained that the incidents either didn’t happen or were consensual.

Victoria Fuller and Greg Grippo Are Taking a Major Relationship Step

Victoria explained that Greg asked her to be his girlfriend on “the most romantic day of the year: Halloween.”

Greg, 29-years-old, added, “I just blurted out, ‘Will you be my girlfriend?’ And she said yes. And I was like, ‘Well, good because I am falling in love with you.'”

A month later, Greg—who was a finalist on Katie Thurston’s season of The Bachelorette in 2021—clarified that he has moved passed the falling stage and is “head over heels in love” with Victoria, also 29.

Dwyane Wade Fires Back At Ex-Wife In New Court Filing, Insists On Zaya’s Gender Change

Dwyane Wade is going after his ex-wife again over her decision to try to block their daughter’s name and gender change … this time calling Siohvaughn Funches-Wade‘s objection to the court petition both “libelous” and “nonsensical.”

Wade spelled it all out in new court documents, obtained by TMZ Sports, saying his 15-year-old daughter, who is transgender, should be allowed to legally change her name and gender … despite Funches-Wade’s objection filed earlier this month.

Wade argues in the docs it’s all in Zaya‘s “best interest” … saying, “A court order affirming her identity will allow Zaya to live more comfortably and honestly in all aspects of her life — from simple introductions and food orders, to applying for a driver’s license and filling out college applications.”

He added in the docs, “This petition is about allowing Zaya to take on the milestones of being a young adult with confidence and joy.”

Earlier this month, Funches-Wade argued in court documents that the move should barred … alleging, among other things, that Dwyane “may be pressuring our child to move forward with the name and gender change in order to capitalize on the financial opportunities that he has received from companies.”

Dwyane called the allegations B.S. in a social media post shortly afterward … and he expounded on that opinion further in Tuesday’s filing.

“Siohvaughn’s allegations are libelous at their core, and are, at best, nonsensical,” Wade’s attorneys wrote in the docs. “Dwyane filed this Petition because Zaya asked him to.”

Zaya has been going by Zaya since 2020. Wade initially filed the petition for the name and gender change in August.

“My bff was honored at the Gotham Awards last night with the Artist Tribute and I was so honored, as always, to be her date,” she wrote on Instagram. “Michelle, in true Michelle form, took the opportunity of being honored to pay tribute and honor the great Mary Beth Peil and to talk about how working with Mary Beth changed Michelle’s life and career.”

Philipps continued, “Anyway, it was really beautiful and I wish Mary Beth had been there with us (she was supposed to be but she didn’t feel well).”

From 1998 to 2003, Williams starred as Jen Lindley opposite Peil’s Evelyn “Grams” Ryan on the hit team drama. (Philipps played Audrey Liddell in the final two seasons). While accepting her performer tribute award, the actress shared the impact Peil had on her both onscreen and off.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West Settle Divorce, Kim Gets $200K a Month in Child Support

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have settled their divorce … TMZ has learned.

The former husband and wife have resolved both child custody and property-related issues.

According to the settlement, Kim and Kanye will get joint custody with “equal access” to their 4 children. Although the docs say equal access, sources with direct knowledge tell us Kim will have the kids the lion’s share of the time. Even Kanye has acknowledged Kim already has the kids 80% of the time.

According to the settlement, Kanye will pay Kim $200,000 a month in child support. Our sources say Kanye’s not footing the full bill for child support — that’s just his share. In addition, he’s responsible for 50% of their kids’ educational expenses, including tuition. He’s also responsible for 50% of their children’s security expenses.

Now, this is interesting … if there’s ever a dispute regarding the children, Kim and Kanye agree they will participate in mediation. If one of them fails to participate, the other gets to make the decision in a dispute by default. Not hard to read between the lines.

As for the $200k … it’s due the first day of each month and must be wired into her account.

As for property, the division of assets is in accordance with their prenup. And, according to the prenup, both Kim and Kanye waived spousal support.

Our sources say Kim has walked a tightrope over the last year, with Kanye going off the rails and refusing to participate in resolving the divorce. As we reported, he’s gone through half a dozen lawyers and has blown off depositions. As one source put it, “Kim’s patience was tested, but she handled things calmly and ultimately Kanye came around.”

The secret weapon in settling — Disso Queen Laura Wasser, who played Henry Kissinger (Google it) … going back and forth to resolve the outstanding issues.

TMZ broke the story … Kim filed for divorce in February 2021 after 7 years of marriage. The divorce stalled because Kanye refused to engage, and Kim went to court last March to get an official decree ending the marriage, with both custody and property to be resolved at a later date.

How Jonathan Majors’ Family Really Feels About His Shirtless Photos

Jonathan Majors isn’t afraid to flaunt his bod.

The Lovecraft Country alum sent temperatures rising when he appeared shirtless on the cover of Men’s Health‘s October 2022 issue, creating quite the frenzy on social media. While parts of the Internet had no idea that Majors was hiding rock-hard abs under his clothes this entire time, the 33-year-old exclusively told E! News that wasn’t the case for his family.

As he explained on the red carpet at the 2022 Gotham Awards on Nov. 29, “It’s genetics.”

“We’re all kind of walking around that way,” he jokingly added. “Bad news!”

According to Majors, his family had much more of a reaction when they saw Devotion, his new biopic about two fighter pilots in the Korean War. Though they loved his performance as Jesse Brown, the first African-American man to complete the U.S. Navy’s flight training, Majors said his family wasn’t too happy with how his character’s fate played out on the big screen.

“Obviously, we lose our hero. They didn’t like that part,” he shared. “But the rest of it, they were absolutely enamored with.”

Late Goalie Katie Meyer’s Family Suing Stanford for Wrongful Death

“The Stanford community continues to grieve Katie’s tragic death and we sympathize with her family for the unimaginable pain that Katie’s passing has caused them,” the university said in a Nov. 28 statement to E! News. “However, we strongly disagree with any assertion that the university is responsible for her death.”

The university said that they communicated with Meyer regarding her case prior to Feb. 28, and that they provided her with a number to call for “immediate support” that was available at all hours. Stanford also said that they wrote back to Meyer an hour after her replied to the disciplinary letter.

Moreover, Meyer’s family said they are pursuing the case to “seek systemic changes to improve the safety and support of the Stanford students.”

“Katie Meyer absolutely loved being a student-athlete at Stanford University,” the family said in a Nov. 23 statement. “We are deeply troubled and disappointed with what we have learned since her passing and have no choice but to move forward with litigation to achieve justice for Katie and protect future students.”

Case in point: Her latest clapback. After sharing a photo of her three kids—daughter Vivianne, 8, and sons Eric Jr., 7, and Forrest, 4—posing on the beach in their swimsuits Nov. 26, the country music star didn’t hold back as she responded to criticism over their bodies. When several Instagram users made remarks about her children’s abs, Jessie wrote back in the comments section, “It’s a sad world we live in today when having healthy fit kids who are super active, play sports, build muscle naturally is ‘weird.'”

She added in a separate comment, “From one mother to another. Please don’t call my children’s appearance strange just because they don’t look the way you think they should. It’s unkind.”

But the “Should Have Known Better” singer didn’t stop there, going on to call out “bonkers” allegations over her parenting in another post on Nov. 28.

Jessie James Decker Defends Kids’ Ripped Abs, Eric Decker Cosigns

Jessie James Decker is firing back at internet trolls … calling them super lame for body shaming her ripped kids — and her former NFL star hubby, Eric Decker, is cosigning on her message.

Jessie initially received the hate on her social media page on Saturday — after she posted a photo of her three children looking shredded on a Mexico beach.

While celebs like Julian Edelman, Golden Tate and Kelly Rowland loved it — other hecklers threw insults Jessie’s way, accusing her and Eric of overtraining their kids … and even digitally editing their bellies.

On Monday, Jessie took aim at the haters — calling the allegations completely baseless.

“Being accused of photoshopping abs on my kids (I can’t help but laugh) or … the polar opposite over ‘overtraining’ our kids makes me realize how bizarre our world has gotten regarding the body and what’s normal and what’s not,” she said.

“We preach about body positivity and acceptance but my kids having a mass amount of genetic and built muscle from athletics is ‘weird’?”

The 34-year-old country singer went on to explain her kids, who are 8 years old and younger, are simply active — saying one’s in gymnastics, one is in love with football, and the other is a big dancer.

“I’m proud of my children and encourage them to live their dreams,” she said. “So we’ll see y’all at the 2032 Olympics, and wearing Bubbys jersey in the stands and dancing at Forrests rock concert”

Eric, who played in the NFL for 8 seasons and is known for having a rock-hard body, praised his wife for the note … writing, “U get [it] mama bear.”

Heather Rae El Moussa is speaking out about where she stands with husband Tarek El Moussa‘s ex Christina Haack. 

The Selling Sunset star discussed her co-parenting relationship with the Christina on the Coast host during a recent interview for Today All Day’s series “The New Rules.”

“I haven’t talked about this much because I’m a very happy, positive person, but I felt like I was always second,” Heather explained in a sneak peek of the Nov. 29 episode. “No one ever made me feel that way, but I think when your significant other had such a long relationship with the previous spouse, and a lot of love, and it was a very public divorce, and you’re coming into it, and you fall in love with each other, but you always kind of think of the ex—like, for me I did.”

She continued, “So I kinda had to navigate my feelings along with falling in love with a man, raising children, getting a whole new family, also filming my own TV shows.”
