DRAM Revisits Violent Drake Encounter Following ‘Her Loss’ Diss

Big Baby DRAM is one of several celebs Drake‘s lyrically dragging on his new “Her Loss” collaborative album with 21 Savage — but he sees the sniping as a well-timed blessing in disguise.

The track “BackOutsideBoyz” features Drake rapping “Tried to bring the drama to me, he ain’t know how we cha-cha slide…” — picking the scab on the “Cha Cha” vs. “Hotline Bling” swagger jacking controversy from many years ago.

DRAM tells TMZ Hip Hop … their issues turned physical in 2017, when he confronted Drake at a Coachella party — this was a couple years after Drake had used the template from his “Cha Cha” hit to create “Hotline Bling.”

After getting escorted outside, DRAM says “15 of Drake’s bodyguards” were ready to pummel him, and did just that!!! While he ended up seeing pink hearts, yellow moons and green clovers … DRAM considers himself lucky that an artist of Drake’s stature is clearly threatened by him.

Which brings us to the “Her Loss” shots … which DRAM’s not losing any sleep over because it comes just as he’s making a musical comeback.

DRAM says he’s excited about the release of his upcoming album, “What Had Happened Was…” — his first project since re-adopting his stage name after changing it to his gov’t name, Shelley, for a stint.

The switch-up could be credited to DRAM wanting to distance himself from his 2nd breakout hit, the Lil Yachty-featured “Brocolli” … but he’s confident his new tracks will help him get over all his industry drama … Drake included.

DRAM says he’s in love mode, and doesn’t pretend to be a fighter … but he’s still gonna need that 1-on-1 fight with Drake to fully bury the hatchet.

For now, he’s just promoting his album … which drops on 11/11.

Nike Is Suspending Relationship With Kyrie Irving

Nike is pressing pause on its endorsement deal with Kyrie Irving … and now his signature shoe is being shelved.

The shoe giant announced Friday it was suspending its business relationship with the NBA star, explaining … “At Nike, we believe there is no place for hate speech and we condemn any form of antisemitism.”

Nike also says it will no longer launch the Kyrie 8 basketball shoe, adding … “We are deeply saddened and disappointed by the situation and its impact on everyone.”

As you know … Kyrie’s faced a ton of backlash ever since tweeting out a link to an antisemitic film last week.

Nike isn’t the first to come down on Irving. The Nets announced Thursday they were suspending him at least 5 games after he refused to outright apologize for promoting the film. The Nets said Kyrie will not be allowed to play for the club again until he “satisfies a series of objective remedial measures that address the harmful impact of his conduct.”

The point guard finally issued a lengthy mea culpa on his social media after being suspended, but folks are questioning his sincerity.

Kyrie’s apology wasn’t enough to save his relationship with Nike … at least for now.

Someone put some sliced cucumbers over Kendall Jenner‘s eyes.

After all, the supermodel was in full relaxation mode as she spent her 27th birthday lounging around the house in flowy slip dress. As seen in photos shared to Instagram on Nov. 4, Kendall wore a lacy silk gown as she reclined on a couch underneath a set of balloons reading: “Happy Birthday Kenny.”

The snapshots also showed the Kardashians star partaking in some yoga on lush green lawn, as well as enjoying the sunset by the backyard pool. And—because no birthday is complete without it—Kendall celebrated her milestone with not one, but two white cakes adorned with gold candles.

Gabby Petito’s Parents File $50 Million Suit Against Moab Police

Gabby was reported missing in September 2021 when she failed to return home with Brian following a cross-country road trip. The 22-year-old’s remains were discovered later that month in Wyoming.

Brian, who was named a person of interest but never a suspect in Gabby’s disappearance, had returned back to Florida without his fiancée. He disappeared during the police investigation into Gabby’s case and was found dead in North Port, Fla. in October 2021. In a notebook found by his remains, Brian claimed “responsibility” for Gabby’s death in a written confession, according to authorities.

Since her passing, Gabby’s parents have also filed a civil lawsuit against Brian’s parents, Christopher Laundrie and Roberta Laundrie, under the argument that they allegedly knew Brian murdered Gabby and they were keeping his location a secret from investigators. The Laundries have denied these claims. The Laundries filed a motion to dismiss the case however, their request was denied by a judge, per court documents obtained by E! News on June 30. The first hearing for the case occurred June 22. The Laundries filed a motion on Oct. 27 asking that their depositions be limited in the case, per court documents obtained by E! News Nov. 3.

Additionally, Gabby’s mom filed a separate wrongful death lawsuit in May against the curator of Brian’s estate, seeking $30,000 in damages. No trial date has been set.

At the time, the Laundries’ attorney Steven Bertolino told E! News that the wrongful death suit was “fully expected.”

“This lawsuit will most likely not be defended and the Petitos will have gained nothing more than a piece of paper that tells them what everyone already knows,” Bertolino said, “which is that Brian was responsible for Gabby’s death as indicated by the FBI.”

Chanel West Coast is officially a mom!

The Ridiculousness star announced that she and boyfriend Dom Fenison have welcomed their first child together, a baby girl. 

“After many many hours in labor I ended up giving birth to my baby girl via C-section,” she wrote on her Instagram Story on Nov. 2. “A few complications and she didn’t wanna just pop out on her own.” 

Chanel explained it was the “scariest yet most rewarding day of my life by far.” 

Saying she has “never felt a love like this before,” the star called her daughter the “best thing to ever happen to me.” She ended by thanking Dom for giving me “the greatest gift” and being “such an amazing dad already.”

Earlier this summer, Chanel exclusively confirmed to E! News that she and Dom were expecting their first child together. Though she admitted that she didn’t know the baby’s sex at the time, she said that she was “just praying for a happy, healthy baby.”

Remi Bader just launched her latest collaboration—but it’s not what you’d think.

Tristan Thompson wasn’t at daughter True‘s 4th birthday party due to a scheduled basketball game, but he wanted to cover the entire bill for the cat-themed celebration, as seen in the Nov. 3 episode of The Kardashians. However, Khloe made it clear she wasn’t in love with the gesture.

Khloe learned of Tristan’s plans at True’s birthday when Kris Jenner called Khloe over to fill her in. As Kris told her at the time, “Tristan called me and he said that he privately went ahead and took care of the whole party.”

Khloe replied, “That’s nice but I won’t let that happen.”

While the Good American co-founder was firm on stopping Tristan, Kris was on board with the NBA player. She told Khloe, “He was so excited to do it. You should let him do that. He wanted to do that for her for her birthday.”

Kyrie Irving Takes Responsibility For Hurting Jewish Community, Donates $500k

Kyrie Irving is acknowledging the hurt he caused the Jewish community when he promoted a movie containing antisemitic ideas, saying he “meant no harm” … and to prove he’s serious, the NBA star says he’ll donate $500K to fight hate.

The 30-year-old Brooklyn Nets star Tweeted a link to “Hebrews to Negroes: Wake Up Black America!” last week … and despite almost immediate backlash, Irving refused to back down, standing by his actions.

Two days after posting a link to an antisemitic film (that’s still up), here’s Kyrie Irving:

That is until Wednesday evening … when the Brooklyn Nets and Kyrie released a statement apologizing and announcing the large monetary donation.

Kyrie Irving Pushes Back on Antisemitic Labels After Promoting Movie

“I am aware of the negative impact of my post towards the Jewish community and I take responsibility. I do not believe everything said in the documentary was true or reflects my morals and principles.”

The 7x NBA All-Star continued … “I am a human being learning from all walks of life and I intend to do so with an open mind and a willingness to listen. So from my family and I, we meant no harm to any one group, race or religion of people, and wish to only be a beacon of truth and light.”

Worth noting — Kyrie does not flat-out say “I’m sorry,” or, “I apologize” … which has some people saying his statement and donation isn’t enough.

Irving stopped short of completely condemning the ideas in the movie … but it’s certainly a big departure from his previous position.

Prior to tonight’s announcement, Irving was getting destroyed everywhere from on TV, to social media, and even at Barclays. In fact, a group of fans protested Kyrie earlier this week … wearing shirts that read “FIGHT ANTISEMITISM.”

Brooklyn is home to one of the country’s largest Jewish populations.

As for the money, the Nets are also chipping in 500 grand … bringing the total to $1 million. The organization says they’ll divide the cash among “causes and organizations that work to eradicate hate and intolerance in our communities.”

The team also says they’ll work with the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) — which fights antisemitism — to “develop educational programming that is inclusive and will comprehensively combat all forms of antisemitism and bigotry.”

Bridgerton’s Simone Ashley Teases Big Changes For Kate Sharma

Heavy is the head that wears the crown.

Simone Ashley, who plays Kate Sharma on Netflix’s Bridgerton, teased that while the upcoming third season finds Kate adjusting to her role of viscountess, the cracks in her armor are still visible.

“Even though she comes across as fierce, people like that are sometimes the softest on the inside,” Simone told British Vogue Nov. 2. “They develop that skin because they’re vulnerable. You see her insecurities and fears. She’s f–king nervous and I think there’s strength in admitting that.”

Simone also hinted that viewers will get to see a more delicate side of her relationship with Viscount Anthony Bridgerton, played by Jonathan Bailey, in season three.

“We’re filming a dance this week and tonally, it’s so different,” she said, “Sweet, endearing and light, compared to the heaviness of their story last season.”

‘Chucky’ Star Alyvia Alyn Lind Making $73,500 Per Episode for SyFy Series

Alyvia Alyn Lind doesn’t have to close her eyes to peek at her bank account … because she’s making tons of money as a main character in the “Chucky” TV series.

The 15-year-old actress is in her second season playing Lexy Cross in the SyFy and USA Network horror show, and her minor’s contract shows just how well she’s being paid.

According to the contract, filed with the court and obtained by TMZ, Alyvia is earning $73,500 per episode for the second season. The contract called for her to make $70k per hour-long episode in the first season, and now she’s earning more thanks to the 5% raise included in her deal.

Alyvia appeared in all 8 episodes in the first season … meaning she made $560,000 just for her acting. She also earns some back-end royalties on any merchandise sold that uses her voice or likeness.

According to the deal, Alyvia is guaranteed to be paid for at least 8 episodes in the second season … meaning she’s set to earn $588k. If the show gets picked up again, she gets another 5% raise, which would bump her per-episode pay up to $77,175.

White Lotus Season 2 Premiere Reveals Several Mysterious Deaths

(Warning: This article features spoilers for The White Lotus season two.)

A few people have checked out of the White Lotus for good.

That’s right: The opening scene from the Oct. 30 season two premiere of HBO‘s The White Lotus confirmed that multiple guests met their maker during their stay in paradise. However, this time around, the body count does not include a White Lotus resort manager. (Shout out to season one’s Armond.)

The episode kicked off with guest Daphne, played by The Bold Type‘s Meghann Fahy, gushing about her vacation to some White Lotus newcomers. “You’re gonna die,” she said with a smile. “They’re gonna have to drag you out of here.”

Daphne’s joy was short lived, as her last dip in the Ionian Sea featured an unidentified drowning victim. To make matters worse, when cops began investigating the scene, Valentina (Sabrina Impacciatore), the Sicilian location’s manager, was told by an employee that “other guests have been killed.”

Of course, like in season one, we were left wondering who could be among the season two victims.

Welcome to Instagram, baby boy Thompson.

For the first time on social media, Khloe Kardashian has shared images of her and Tristan Thompson‘s son, who they welcomed via surrogate in late July. The sweet snaps, posted on the Good American founder’s Instagram Stories Oct. 30, the day before Halloween, shows their daughter True Thompson, 4, dressed as Owlette from Disney Junior series PJ Masks, holding her baby brother.

The 3-month-old boy, whose name has not been made public, is wearing a fuzzy tiger costume jumpsuit and a pair Nike baby booties. His face is not shown in the photo.

The infant’s IG debut comes more than a month after fans got a quick peek at him during the season two premiere of The Kardashians Sept. 22. In the scene, Khloe—who was recently nominated for a People’s Choice Award for 2022’s Reality Star—is seen bonding with the newborn, who sports a full head of dark hair, in a hospital room. At one point, Tristan joins her to meet their son, who is his fourth child.

Trying her hand at a popular TikTok trend, the actress shared a video of herself prepping a pumpkin for carving in a mess-free way. Instead of picking out the sticky insides with her hands, Jennifer use a KitchenAid hand mixer to beat the pumpkin guts.

In the clip, the Alias alum, 50, wears a cozy flannel and black leggings as she goes to work on her jack-o’-lantern, nearly losing her hat in the process. Clearly satisfied with the result, Jennifer marveled at how how easy the seeds were to remove and clean.

Paul got the dub via unanimous decision in Phoenix … and now the former YouTuber-turned-superstar says he wants to go up against Canelo Alvarez or Nate Diaz.

Jake grabbed the mic after the win … saying Diaz a bitch and he’d love to add him to his list of victims.

He also went after Canelo … saying he wants a piece of the boxing champ, too.

But when it came to Silva, the two showed nothing but respect for each other after the fight … with Jake explaining how much Anderson has meant to him over the years.

Bachelor Nation’s Madison Prewett Marries Grant Michael Troutt

She’s no longer a bachelorette.

The Bachelor alum Madison Prewett and Grant Michael Troutt have officially tied the knot after a ceremony in Texas on Oct. 29.

“It’s like heaven knew I needed you,” the bride wrote on Instagram with a photo from her big day. “10.29.22.”

The bride, 26, wore a dress and veil by NARDOS with Natalie Mas doing her makeup. The celebration was planned by Engaged Events Dallas. 

Naturally, Bachelor Nation’s own Victoria Fuller and Hannah Ann Sluss were in attendance to watch as Madison—the runner up on Peter Weber‘s 2020 season—and Grant started their next journey together.

Back in August, when Grant, a minister, proposed, Madison shared a sweet snap of the couple kissing with her ring front and center, writing, “You were worth the wait.”

Indeed, he was. From when they met in Dec. 2021, their romance had felt like a fairy tale. “It’s been special since the first date,” Madison wrote on Instagram in May, “when u forgot to open my car door because we were both so nervous, when we barely touched our quesadillas at dinner because of our deep convos and intentional questions, and then ending the night riding around listening to Drake in the car on full blast for hours.”

Selena Gomez Returns to Waverly Place “Where It All Began”

A magical homecoming.

Selena Gomez recently made a special visit to New York City’s Waverly Pl., the setting of her former Disney Channel series Wizards of Waverly Place.

In an adorable photo posted to Instagram on Oct. 29, the 30-year-old is seen looking up at the street sign while wearing a light-colored long-sleeve shirt, patterned pants and crossed-body bag as she stands in front Julius, one of the neighborhood’s oldest bars. She captioned the snap, “Where it all began.”

Selena played teenage wizard Alex Russo on the beloved series for four seasons from 2007 and 2012. While she now stars as young artist-turned-amateur sleuth Mabel Mora on Hulu’s Only Murders in the Building, the actress believes the two characters are connected in a sense—after all, they are both from NYC, have enviable wardrobes and are incredibly witty.

“I feel like Mabel is an older version of Alex in a way,” Selena told Entertainment Weekly‘s The Awardist podcast in June while reflecting on her Disney Channel days. “I adored being on that show so much.”

She added, “I still look back at that and laugh at certain things just because I thought it was so fun.”

Elon Musk About to Announce Layoffs at Twitter Ahead of Stock Grants

Elon Musk is about to throw down the guillotine at Twitter — with layoffs expected to be announced soon … this ahead of a crucial date when employees are due to cash in.

The NYT reports that EM may start getting rid of people as early as Saturday, with some departments due to get slimmed down more than others … although it’s unclear which ones are on the chopping block. It’s also unclear how many workers, exactly, he’s cutting loose.

What is reportedly happening, however, is Musk tasking managers with creating lists of subordinates they could do without — and he apparently wants ’em gone before Tuesday.

The reason for that is interesting … the Times says on Nov. 1, Twitter employees are apparently due to receive stock grants as part of their compensation packages. No word on what those stocks look like or how often they’re dished out, but it seems Elon wants to avoid handing out any more than he needs to by trimming the fat before the deadline.

Remember, there were reports this month that Elon was aiming to reduce the Twitter workforce by as much as 75% … but there’s been conflicting accounts since, suggesting he was reconsidering. Twitter has about 7,500 full-time employees that span the globe.

While this is pretty serious news for the staff … Elon’s carrying on like usual, with a lot of deadpan humor. He tweeted Saturday that free speech was back now that people could say carbs are actually good. EM also said comedy is now legal on Twitter again — and he even poked fun at the Twitter firing hoax last week that took some media outlets for a ride.

He clearly saw the joke in the names ascribed to the fake Twitter employees who pretended to be canned en masse. Now, though, it looks like some real job loss is on the horizon.
