Hi im new here my situation isnt the easiest to explain basically im 31 and only had one relationship if you can call it a relationship it started when I was 14 it was a very abusive relationship he played games with my head he was violent both physically and sexually this went on for 10 years I didn't see him for few years and rocked back up and tried to abuse me again I reported him and is now in prison the problem is he has left me a wreak I have a number of mental health problems as a result of what he put me through ive moved towns and changed my name so he cant find me and to start new life I want to try another relationship and want children one day i just know I don't want to be alone forever but I feel scared that I will be raped and attacked again how can I overcome this im trying to repair the damage his done but I don't know what to do or how to do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
