At different times in your life, you need different types of in
come.
When you're young and strong, you can afford to swap your
hours for someone else's dollars.
You SHOULD, of course, be building something passive, too,
but often immediate needs take precedence.
But what if you are concerned about those retirement years
when social security is supposed to kick in, to provide less
than you are making now?

My friend Diane Walker and her husband Don are living the
American Dream.
Every time I call her, they are on an excursion with some of their
grandchildren at Disney World or the beach or some other

She was just telling me a few minutes ago how blessed she is
