We found that over 90% of the farmers in Warri North ar subsistence farmers and what they call their farm is less than an acre, so Myself and my team from Warri North embarked on a simple project ; to increase the farm yield of the farmers and move them them toward commercialized farming.

1. We grouped the farmers into 5-6 member crew and apportion each group with 5 acres as the pilot of our program
2. We garnered the interest of the community leaders in the riverine areas and ensure that they can lease to these farmer the aforementioned acres of land.
3. Created farmers cooperative to enable these farmer lease the said areas of land for a period of time while they run their personal farm side-by-side
4. Partnering with other agricultural technolgy outfit to fast-track the process of monitoring and evaluation of our process. etc….!
