MEET Russian gymnast Tatyana Kozhevnikova — the woman with the world's strongest VAGINA.

Tatyana, who holds the Guinness World Record for "vagina weightlifting", can pick up an incredible
14kg kettlebellusing just her nether regions.

And now she has revealed exactly how she does it on new E4 programme The Body Shocking Show.

The eye-popping footage, which will air later this month, shows Tatyana lifting 6kg dumbbells — equivalent to the weight of two melons — using only the muscles in her vagina.

 She explains, via a translator, to stunned hosts Jessica-Jane Clement and Pete Firman: “I insert this wooden eggequipment.

“And then you just tighten your vaginal muscles and hold the egg inside.”

Tatyana then fits the weights to the egg and manages to keep them held up in the air.

Tatyana, who runs a website where she offers to train people in the art of Intimate Gymnastics, added: “I haven’t just stumbled upon this talent.

“I had normal vaginal muscles like any other woman but I’ve achieved it after 20 years of vigorous training.”
