You know it really takes a lot of brass to ask a new date for $200 and you don't even know what for. Do NOT send him money! I agree, you know nothing about this guy, and you've never met, and you don't know if you ever will meet. This happen to me on match.com. I spoke to a guy for 3 months kept giving me good looking pictures but his voice did not match up with the picture. Every time we made plans to see each other he couldn't make it for whatever excuse. Promising the sun, moon, starlit sky - but it wasn't real. They are scammers! They play on men/women emotions make it sound really nice, suddenly have a far away business trip, tragic past, really good looking pic (taken from a model). First step is to take his picture and reverse google it and see if it pops up anywhere else. There is a camera icon under the google search bar that you can do this. Look up online dating scams and you may even see his face. Don't fall for it!
