Never will He leave or abandon you.
Hebrews 13:5,6. God wants us to trust that He is with us always. He never promised us our parent, sister, brother, friend or even spouse will never leave or forsake us. He says, "He WILL NEVER leave or forsake us."
We can always trust in him to be there for us, no matter how hard and how far we fall. He will never leave or abandon us. In other words, "never" means just that! Never!)
The fact that "He said He will never leave us," we all have the potential to leave or abandon each other. If this were not so, He would be a liar.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
Isaiah 41:13 For I am the Lord, your God, who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you."
It is easier to trust God in the good times. It takes much more faith to keep that trust during painful trials."
Tough times happen to everyone. It is sometimes difficult to believe that God is willing to take you through the impossible situations in your life.
But faith is the most important thing that you must have in this age of crisis and turmoil. The peace of God that transcends all understanding is predicated on believing that God's word is true.
Without faith it is impossible to please God because faith is the key to all the strength and power that God has to give us. It simply means that you believe that God is bigger than your problems.
Have faith and believe that He will never abandon you. He is with you and is working it all out in your favor. Believe that He will not put you to shame.
