You are right Teresa. I attached the questionnaire with the mail I sent to the group so everyone can see it but the post appear with no filed.
I don´t know how to upload it to the group but I will try to find out how, if possible.

Hi everyone!

I´ve been working on an exercise questionnaire in order to have a better knowledge of the people that is going to work with us in an exercise program. I attach it to share it with all of you to know what do you think about it. I think it covers a complete range of information for us (the personal trainers) to offer a better program of exercise, appropiate to the need of each of the participant.
