Note: I hope all the mothers had a good Mother's Day, yesterday. Know that I am praying for all of you. Also, I am asking for your help in getting a new or used laptop. To Be Contented in Your Situation!!
For I have learned to be content, whatever the circumstances may be. I know now how to live when things are difficult and I know how to live when things are prosperous. I am ready for anything through the strength of the One who lives within me." Phil 4:11-13
It appears so many who have prayed and are waiting on the Lord for a breakthrough, are being stretched and stressed.
Daily, I receive countless emails and phone calls seeking encouragement because so many marriages are breaking apart and are strained.
2 Timothy 1:12 For the which cause I also suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that He is able to keep that which I have committed untoHim against that day. Job 23:10 But He knoweth the way that I take: when He hath tried me,I shall come forth as gold.
At some point, many of us can identify. At times, I find myself in God's presence asking, "Is this what I get for submitting to your will? I had life so much easier when I did things my own way."
When I become consumed with thoughts like that, I am reminded that none of us are exempt from tests or the process of learning true contentment. God seems not as concerned with our comfort as much as He is with our character development.
God is in control of all things and we're confident He will never leave us. He has proven that He will supply all of our needs.
As Believers, even as we go through this situation in our homes, the Lord wants us to pour out our hearts to Him. We are to make our requests known unto God and we are to leave our prayer closet knowing that He has heard our request and will answer us in His perfect timing. Whatever is your situation today, your marriage may be on a rocky road, or it may be some other situation you are facing.
Whatever your need is today, the Lord will help you. You may be discouraged by the actions of others. You may be going through the hardest trial of your life. I want to encourage you today! Whatever your situation-- the Lord can meet your need! Trust Him-- He loves you. I am speaking from experience.
I want to thank you for supporting this Ministry. I may not know all your names, but God does and I am praying for each of you daily. Thanks again for considering this Ministry. God bless you.
