Michael,

There is a great "throws resource" just down I-5 from your community.
I refer to the new facility at Concordia University in Portland, directed by Mac Wilkins.
http://macwilkins.com/
Mac has found the resources to put together one of the best new throws centers in the US.
He is committed to giving back to young athletes all the support he received in achieving his world titles.

Michael,

Andrea English coaches at Arlington WA High School and teaches at either one of the junior high's or one of the middle schools. Her son was a client of mine and we talked a good deal about skill development for throwing.

She would be a good local contact.

TRAC application at Reactive Training Systems

Has anyone had experience using the TRAC application from Reactive Training
Systems? reactivetrainingsystems.com

For a long time, I've been interested in ways that our bodies show signs of
stress from training and other sources. I've done personal experimentation
with resting heart rate, HRV, the Polar Fitness test and the finger tap
test. I've had the most success with simply looking at my morning resting
heart rate. TRAC apparently joins results from an orthostatic test, finger
tapping test and reaction test to let you know your training readiness. I
just signed up for the service and wondered what other people's experiences
may have been.

If you've had experience with TRAC, did it help you?
