Nigerian, Emma McQuiston, Becomes First Black Marchioness in Britain

Emma McQuiston, the 26 year old daughter of Nigerian oil tycoon Ladi Jadesimi, with a British mother, made history when she married the Viscount Ceawlin Thynn, of Britain on Saturday 8th of June. Emma's Nigerian father Ladi Jadesimi was also at the wedding, to walk his daughter down the aisle.

Emma has become the first black Marchioness in Britain, and a member of the previously all white nobility. Apart from the queen I didn't know people still took those titles seriously. All the best to the couple.
