Will Arsene Wenger ever win another major trophy at Arsenal after being knocked out of Capital One Cup

"Arsene Knows", they used to say at the Emirates. "You don't know what you're doing", they chant today. So what is the truth - can Wenger really build another great Arsenal side.

Wenger suffered his most humiliating defeat in his 16 years as Arsenal manager on Tuesday night when he saw one chance of silverware slip away with defeat to League Two's Bradford in the Capital One Cup quarter-final.

The Frenchman continues to stand by his players but currently Arsenal appear as far off the pace as they've ever been under his reign.

Money has been promised in the January transfer window and with Arsenal 15 points off leaders Manchester United in seventh place in the Premier League, their best hopes of a trophy appear to be in the FA Cup (although they face a trip to Swansea in the third round) and the Champions League.
