Ajemele is an Itsekiri community in Sapele. Here at Ajemele we produce a special type of palm oil call Ajemele oil diffrnt from what we have in our markets. This special palm oil with a unique taste is only perculiar to Ajemele production. You cannot find this oil any where except Ajemele. The unique taste of this palm oil remains a trade secret with Ajemele palm oil production company. The process of production looks similar to other production procedures but it does not produce the same results. A bottle of Ajemele palm oil sells at a N1,000. While a bottle of palm oil available in our markets sales for N200 to N250.

1. Boil palm fruit
2. Mash
3. Pour require water on mashed palm fruit.
4. Filter into a pot and cook to done.

Procedures are similar but does not produce the same results. Trade secret lies in Ajemele.
