[marriagerestoration] Another Restoration!! Mar. 10, 2012 - Doreen's Daily Delights

Hello Pastor:

This is just a quick note to tell you that my husband is home, finally. Thanks for your words of encouragement. When I wanted to give up you told me to wait upon the Lord and be patient. Praise God. Our children were devastated during this whole ordeal but thank God, we are back together again.

My husband told me while he was away, he was very troubled while living with the non covenant and he could not sleep at nights. He was tormented and had many bad dreams, so he decided to return to the marriage. Praise God.

Also, I want to thank you for your daily delights, your prayers and answering my many prayer requests. I must tell you that all these months I didnt sign up to support your Ministry but I signed up this morning. God is still working in our lives and I will continue to thank the Lord for bringing my husband home. Thank you so much for always praying for us. Vivian

Yes, There Is Hope!!

There are so many people who are going through a bad time in their marriages. Some are asking, 'How long will this continue, when will it all be over?"

My friends, God has your answer! He may not tell you the exact time, or give you a date, but He "will" give you grace, and keep His promise of deliverance! God is a faithful God. There is no doubt of this.

You can rest assured today, in the midst of your broken relationship, etc., God knows what you are going through, and wants to heal you, your loved one, your family.

He wants to restore you. God is in the deliverance business! If you have been crying out to the Lord, and shut in with Him in your secret place, beloved I can tell you, your answer is on it's way! It may not be in your timing, or when you desire it to happen, but it ' will be,' in the perfect timing of the Lord!

Please take heart beloved, and be encouraged, God has not forgotten you, your prayers are being heard. He hears every cry, and knows every desire of your heart. No matter how dark the situation seems right now. No matter how many friends or relatives, sometimes they cannot see or understand, or even seem to care. No matter how alone you feel, how hopeless it all appears, God knows all about it, He cares, He is there with you right now, He understands, and He WILL see you through.

He is NEVER to late! You will come through victorious! Stand firm my friends and don't be moved..... Help from the Lord Jesus is on its way!

I am praying and interceding for you even now. Many may not know that I do this fulltime, but I do this all day. I don't have a secular job. I am praying that the Lord will speak to many to support this Ministry. Thanks in advance.

Be encouraged

[marriagerestoration] Faith Says You Are Pleasing God!! - Mar. 9, 2012 - Doreen's Daily Delights

Your Faith Says You Are Pleasing God!!

Hebrews 11:6 "But without faith [it is] impossible to please [him]: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and [that] he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him."

Plain and simple, if you believe that God can deliver you, without any evidence, this is faith, and you are pleasing God. Therefore, expectation is the key to receiving from God when you pray. Jesus said in Mark 11:24, "Whatsoever things you desire when you pray, believe you receive them and you shall have them."

No matter what you are going through today, believe that you serve a God that is able. There is nothing that is too difficult or impossible for him to accomplish. Whatever you are going through right now, He is above it all.

Many of us tend to think that with pure faith there is no room for doubts. What I can say to you is that where faith is doubt will always be there too. It is just that faith is able to see beyond doubt and focus on God. That is the kind of faith you should have, the one that can see past all your circumstances and see God.

By our very nature we want to cling to things that we can see, touch, and feel. We want to hold the solidness and substance of things in our hands, feel the firm ground under our feet. We want things to be concrete; even our idioms reflect our desire for solidity in our lives.

John 20:29 Then Jesus told him, "Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed."

Surely, God will do His part when we pray, but we must also do our part. Our part is simply to believe. So many people are busy asking God, but never really believing what they are praying for will come to pass. You can tell by the way they talk, or act.

To please God, we have to believe without seeing. If all you are seeing is negative, keep believing that God can deliver you. Don't be moved by your circumstance. If you are experiencing trouble in your marriage, it is easy to get discouraged especially if you are walking by sight, (what you are seeing or what you are hearing).

Today I want to encourage you to look to the Lord, walk by faith and not by sight. No matter the negative, we shouldn't lose heart, because God is at work in our lives, even in the midst of pain and suffering.

Romans 4:17 "God, who gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did."

Try your best to walk by faith in your situation. Our God is faithful and even if things are going contrary, or opposite the way you want, God is able to heal and restore. Remember, God's ways are not our ways. God is able to use the foolish things of this world to confound the wise.

We all lack faith sometimes. I know that many continue to face difficult times in their homes. Be encouraged and take whatever faith remains within you and hold it up to your Father in prayer. Then, turn your worries over to Him and know that God is in control, that He loves you, and that whatever the circumstance you are facing, God is with you.

Romans 8:28 "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose."

Today, I want you all to know that I pray and intercede on your behalf daily. I want to do more for each of you and if there is anything else I can do, please contact me.

Thanks in advance for your support and partnership.

Be encouraged

[marriagerestoration] You Shall Recover All!! - Mar. 8, 2012 - Doreen's Daily Delights

You Shall Recover All!!

1 Sam. 30 "David recovered all that the Amalekites had carried away,..."

Today I want to speak a word to those who are going through trying times in their home. I want to let you know that if you trust the Lord and believe for your miracle, you shall recover all.

Remember my friends, nothing, absolutely nothing is hard for the Lord. If you trust Him and believe without doubting, He will never put you to shame. You shall recover all. "I repeat, you shall recover all."

Wait upon the Lord. Persevere and don't give up. In the end, God will give you double for your trouble. With God you will receive exceeding abundantly above all that you can ask or think. Believe this.

The Lord says, "Although the battle has been fierce and everything in your life seems to be destroyed and lost forever, you shall not be defeated. As you encourage yourself in Me, you will gain spiritual momentum as you set your mind on things above and resist all discouragement.

Stay strong and trust Me in the battle. Even when the enemy comes in like a flood, stand steadfast in the armor that I have provided for you. Stand immovable knowing that I have given you the ability and the authority to overcome every assault that is raised up against you.

Do not deviate from the truth and don't ever retreat. Stand on the promises that are available to you. Do not allow the enemy to intimidate you and don't be moved by his ineffectual strategies.

Rise up as men and women of faith and take the position of the warrior that I have created you to be. Do not allow fear or bitterness to take root and refuse to be moved by the things that you see or hear.

Walk by faith and not by sight. As you trust in Me, I will not fail you or lead you astray but you shall surely pursue, overtake and without fail recover all", says the Lord.

1 Sam. 30:8-10 "So David inquired of the Lord, saying, "Shall I pursue this troop? Shall I overtake them?" And He answered him, "Pursue, for you shall surely overtake them and without fail recover all."

So David went, he and the six hundred men who were with him, and came to the Brook Besor, where those stayed who were left behind. But David pursued, he and four hundred men; for two hundred stayed behind, who were so weary that they could not cross the Brook Besor."

God has to receive the glory from this. You cannot afford to throw in the towel. Remember, you are more than a conqueror. Greater is He who is in who than he that is in the world and if God be for you, who can be against you? You are more than a conqueror. You will be victorious.

With Christ, you will win because He has yet to lose a battle.

As always, I pray and intercede on your behalf daily. For the very few who are supporting me in this quest of marriages being healed, I am praying to God that more will support this Ministry. Thanks in advance for your support. Your prayers and support are appreciated.

Avoid the problem by stretching your thumb flexor tendons before you get
started each day, and during breaks from heavy use. That tendon lives in
the large fleshy tissue at the base of the thumb (the outer aspect of your
palm). Rub there as a warm up, and pull the thumb across the back of your
hand toward your pinky finger to stretch it.

Interesting. Hormonal response for hypertrophy and extracellular processes save strength. Very Interesting.

> The purpose of this study was to investigate associations between acute exercise-induced hormone responses and adaptations to high intensity resistance training in a large cohort (n = 56) of young men. Acute post-exercise serum growth hormone (GH), free testosterone (fT), insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1) and cortisol responses were determined following an acute intense leg resistance exercise routine at the midpoint of a 12-week resistance exercise training study. Acute hormonal responses were correlated with gains in lean body mass (LBM), muscle fibre cross-sectional area (CSA) and leg press strength. There were no significant correlations between the exercise-induced elevations (area under the curve-AUC) of GH, fT and IGF-1 and gains in LBM or leg press strength. Significant correlations were found for cortisol, usually assumed to be a hormone indicative of catabolic drive, AUC with change in LBM (r = 0.29, P < 0.05) and type II fibre CSA (r = 0.35, P < 0.01) as well as GH AUC and gain in fibre area (type I: r = 0.36, P = 0.006; type II: r = 0.28, P = 0.04, but not lean mass).
>
> No correlations with strength were observed. We report that the acute exercise-induced systemic hormonal responses of cortisol and GH are weakly correlated with resistance training-induced changes in fibre CSA and LBM (cortisol only), but not with changes in strength.

[marriagerestoration] God is Forever Faithful - Mar. 7, 2012 - Doreen's Daily Delights

Today I want to speak a word to those who are waiting upon the Lord for a breakthrough. God is faithful and will not put you to shame.

I say to you today, "Ask God to speak to your wayward spouse and wait upon Him."

Persevere and don't give up. In the end, God will give you double for your trouble. With God, you will receive exceeding abundantly above all that you can ask or think. Believe this.

Job 42:10 "And the LORD turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends: also the LORD gave Job twice as much as he had before."

God has to receive the glory from this. You cannot afford to throw in the towel. Remember, you are more than a conqueror. With Christ, you will win because He has yet to lose a battle.

In the book of Job, we have a story of the horrible chain of events that took place in this man's life - this man of God. Job lost his family. He lost his possessions. And then he lost his health.

Those of you who are experiencing trying time in your homes, I say to you today, God is with you. He will not allow more than you can bear. Continue to wait upon the Lord. Wait I say upon the Lord.

Isaiah 40:29-31 "He giveth power to the faint: and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.

Even the youths shall faint and be weary‚ and the young men shall utterly fall: But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run‚ and not be weary; and they shall walk‚ and not faint.

For many of us, we have known the pain of rejection, abandonment, fear, indifference, doubt, and unbelief. And if we are really honest with ourselves, when faced with these trials, we tend to give up and give in to the lies of our circumstances because deep down we cannot see a way out of it.

Like Job, we ultimately have no idea what is often going on behind the scenes of our own lives. We see only one side of the tapestry that is our life, but God is taking our own troubles, suffering, and losses to ultimately result in good (Romans 8:28).

But unlike Job, we can see the long history recorded in scripture of the overwhelming good that has come time and time again through suffering.

Be encouraged, my friends, be encouraged. The same God who delivered Job‚ will be faithful to deliver you. He is not a respector of persons. We don't know what the future holds‚ but we know the One who holds our future in his loving hands.

After months of testing‚ God restored Job's health‚ and gave him double for his trouble. God does not change. He is the same yesterday today and forever. He delivered Job and will do the same for you.

As always, I pray and intercede on your behalf daily. For all those who are supporting me in this quest of marriages being healed, thanks very much for your support. Your prayers and support are appreciated.

Be encouraged
